Supplier Pre-Qualification 2026 - 2029

We are officially inviting interested and eligible vendors to apply for pre-qualification for the 2026–2029 cycle across various categories of goods and services for our campuses in Nairobi (Tatu City & Athi River) and Eldoret.

The pre-qualification exercise is being managed independently by Bold Insight through their Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Portal.

Application Instructions:

  • Review the list of available categories within the portal.
  • Follow the link to create an account.
  • Submit your application documents.
  • Please note that a non-refundable participation fee of Ksh 2,500 per category, per region.

We strongly encourage applications from local vendors within Eldoret and neighbouring counties including Nakuru, Kakamega, Trans Nzoia and Bungoma.

All applicants will be formally notified once the review process has been finalized.

No Guarantee of Business

Successful pre-qualification places a vendor on our approved supplier list but does not guarantee the award of business. Pre-qualified vendors may be invited to participate in RFQs and tenders as procurement needs arise.
