Terms and Conditions:

• Campaign Duration:
  • Runs from 29 November 2024 until midnight on 6 December 2024.
• Eligibility:
  • The 25% tuition discount for January 2025 is only available to scholarship and bursary families who complete the enrolment process and secure their spot between 29 November 2024 and midnight on 6 December 2024.
• Enrolment Process:
  • The full enrolment process must be completed by midnight on 6 December 2024, including:
    • Assessment
    • Submission of all required admissions documentation
    • Affordability checks
  • Payment of the full enrolment fee is required to secure the spot.
• Space Availability:
  • The offer is subject to space availability in the requested grade.
• Application of Discount:
  • The discount is applied to the January 2025 tuition specific to the grade only and cannot be used to offset other costs (e.g., school fees, aftercare, extra-curricular programs).
• Sibling Accounts:
  • The discount will not be applied if there is a sibling at Nova Pioneer with an account in arrears at the time of enrolment.
• Non-Transferable:
  • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or a refund/credit.
• Exclusions:
  • Nova Pioneer staff do not qualify for this incentive.
  • Current Nova Pioneer families are not eligible for this incentive.
• The discount will be applied to tuition costs, equivalent to 25% of the tuition amount billed for the month of January 2025, specifically.  The discount cannot be for any other month’s tuition costs. For termly or annual payers the equivalent discount will be applied. 
• The total discount will be determined based on the grade and campus of the enrolled child and will be equivalent to the January 2025 tuition fees for the respective grade and campus.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• The discount cannot be applied to the enrolment fee.
